ARTICLE VIII - AMENDMENTS

Note: The bylaws were amended in November 1992 to provide for annual maintenance fees, regardless of section, to be assessed annually at a rate of $45 (lot) or $90 (lot with house). Further $45 of the dedicated to a security fund.

Note: The bylaws were amended in September, 1998 to provide an annual maintenance fee, regardless of section, to be assessed annually at a rate of One hundred forty-five dollars ($145) per lot and which remains unchanged, an additional security fee of Forty-five dollars ($45) per house.

In order to be eligible to vote at the annual meeting the property owner must be in good standing with the association and have all dues and fees paid prior to the date of the annual meeting. We cannot update the records during the annual meeting. The 2010 annual meeting is scheduled for October 23, 2010. Fees must be paid in full by October 22, 2010.

 

2010 MAINTENANCE FEES/DUES

We have only 3 residents that are still delinquent in sending in their maintenance fees. This is taking excessive time that could be expended in resolving others issues. There has always been a $25 fee added for accounts 30 days overdue. We do not feel its fair to the other property owners that pay their dues on time that these people are allowed to just pay a $25 penalty and then hold their payment for the next year. The board has voted to attach an additional handling charge of $10 per month. If this doesn’t work, we will be turning these overdue accounts to a collection agency. Their fee will be attached to the responsibility of the delinquent home owner.
